Diamond Segments
We provide two types of diamond segments for gang saw blades, one is conical segments in highest 10 mm, and the other type is boxed and straight with highest of 8 mm and 10 mm.

- Boxed Segments: 20 mm * 5.5 mm * 10 mm
- Boxed Segments: 20 mm * 5.5 mm * 8 mm
Diamond segments are not totally effected on the material to be cut, and customer must provide the following information to choose the best segments for him:
- Gang saw brand name and model.
- Type of material to be cut.
- The length of the blade.
- Number of blades.
- the length of effective cutting size.
Steel Blades
L1 = total length of the blade
L2 = effective cutting size
L3 = cutting pitch L4 = length of segment
L5 = Blade wide E = blade thikness
S = highest of segments
B = flange wide C = flange thikness
A = angle of flange.
All blades lengths and thiknesses are available up to your machine ready to reuse after segment finishing and able to work in the hardest operating conditions.
